1- We can offer free RANDOM sample with your sample shipping freight charge paid. Usually usd30-50 for FedEx /DHL or send us your express account for sample shipping.
2- For customized sample, we will charge the set up fees of the logo printing, once we charged the sample fees, we will pay the sample shipping freight charges.
3- We offer 1-2 pieces sample, if request more pieces, we will try our best to send you, otherwise, Sample charges will be charged.

FREE Artwork: After placing your order, simply e-mail your artwork and we will create
print-ready art on your logo for FREE
FREE Email Proof: Before we process your order into production, you will receive a FREE
e-mail proof of your imprint for final approval. This step in our ordering process ensures
that your order will be produced accurately.
How Do I Send Artwork: send your artwork via email to sales@direct-promo.com.
What Format Artwork Do I Send: better send us PDF format convert from Illustrator, Corel Draw, or you can just send us simply JPG, screen printing of your logo, name card copy, web head..., we make your logo with items layout for you.
1- Regularly, we shipped via FedEx /DHL/UPS.. express way. (3-7 days arrival)
This way will be easy and fast but bit expensive freight charges, it's direct from our factory to your hand.
2- Sea shipping way, (30-40 days arrival)
Low shipping cost, but bit long time- 30 days shipping time, this way usually for large quantity order, We can also offer door to door service if via sea shipping, Or we can shipped via your shipping agent.
